EISENER High Density Cloth

デザイン：ミリタリーウェアを数多く生産していたアメリカアイズナー社製の 1950 年代 CPO を原型としたシャツアウター。昭和のアルミ製お弁当箱のような立体的なポケッ トのデザイン。ウエスト部にもシームポケットを配し、前立て部に杉綾テープを叩きつけたディテール。

素材：遠州産地浜松で作成した馬布を使用。馬布とは、昔騎馬隊が馬と鞍の間に摩擦軽減のために敷いていた高密度で丈夫な織物のこと。その丈夫で固い織物で縫製した 製品を岡山県の難波産業にてハードな洗い加工を施し、表面は柔らかいが芯が残っているアルデンテのような風合いに仕上げています。

Design: A shirt jacket modeled after a 1950s CPO jacket produced by the American company Aizner, which manufactured a wide range of military apparel. The pockets feature a three-dimensional design reminiscent of Showa-era aluminum lunch boxes. Seam pockets are placed at the waist, and the placket is accented with herringbone tape.

Material: Made from “uma-nuno” fabric produced in Hamamatsu, Enshu. “Hama-nuno” refers to a high-density, durable fabric traditionally used by cavalry units to reduce friction between horses and saddles. This product, sewn from that sturdy, rigid fabric, undergoes a rigorous wash treatment at Nanba Sangyo in Okayama Prefecture, resulting in a texture that is soft on the surface yet retains a firm core—similar to the “al dente” texture of pasta.
